We traveled through Japan, Korea, China, and Vietnam to learn about the Asian food culture and bring you the best dishes that have already won over the world. Our menu is best when shared with friends, and we are pleased to welcome our guests for indoor and outdoor dining. We will gladly accommodate parties of 2–8 people. We encourage you to make reservations in advance to guarantee yourself the best experience.
Our Lobster Bisque is exquisite and can be used as a soup or as a sauce. Our artisanal preparation and the most carefully selected ingredients guarantee a high quality product. This bisque’s gourmet flavor and rich texture are a pleasure to savor.
Our salted cod is served mixed with hot mashed potatoes and sprinkled with grated cheese that you will then brown in the oven. In a small oiled gratin dish with a brush, spread our brandade in an even layer, make a few stripes on top with a fork and drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with grated cheese then put in the oven at 210° for 15 minutes to warm and brown the surface
